Submitting a Walk
Walk leaders usually submit their proposed walks Ramblers Walks Manager at walks-manager.ramblers.org.uk. However, if a walk leader has an issue in using this system for any reason, do not hesitate to contact the Walk Secretary.
Resources
The Ramblers website contains all the current advice for Ramblers Groups issued by Ramblers HQ and has a section for walk leaders, who as volunteers, will have access to all this information.
Reporting Footpath Problems
If you have a problem with a right of way, then it should be reported to the appropriate authority. If you are in Hambleton and Richmondshire outside the national parks that is North Yorkshire County Council.

Provide a detailed description of the problem which should include the location, ideally by grid reference or What3Words co-ordinates. The addition of a photograph may be the best way of illustrating the issue. If you need to double check on a location use the Walk Planner on this site or NYCC’s Rights of Way map.
In the National Parks reports should either be submitted to:
